- fixed linebreaking for text that has characters without baseline
- Fixes to properly handle binary data supplied for upload from Java applets
- removed noKeyboardShortcuts as default turned on in kioskmode
- reverted back to old buildnumber syntax
- Added additional fallback code for HTTP deflate content without a proper deflate header. The new code will also be able to handle non-compliant data which appear to have a valid deflate header, but which is not using valid algorithm codes.
- Further fixes on cache crasher

- Tuned dispatching of messages a bit. This is supposed to reduce the experiences of sluggish UI when doing heavy document loading etc.
- Super search, Amazon, Ebay and Find in Page are now default searches.

- Mail import dialog crash fixes, buffer too small
