- Another known problem is that a horizontal scrollbar may distort the contents of a page when the page has been scrolled to the bottom.

UI
Text selection
- The current mouse selection will now not be removed when moving keyboard focus to the address bar entry input and search entry using the global shortcuts (default F8 and Shift+F8)
- Fixed a mouse clipboard problem. In Qt3 any selected text is by default copied to the mouse clipboard but that is not what we want when opening dialog boxes with default text and when tabbing in a dialog.
- Do not remove/clear the mouse selection (clipboard) would happen when clicking on links.
- Fixed a problem that allowed the user to first select text in a document and next in a form field in the same document without the document selection being automatically cleared.
- Copy hotclick selected test to mouse selection buffer
Keyboard/shortcuts
- Added Shift+Delete (Cut), Ctrl+Insert (Copy), and Shift+Insert (Paste) as additional default shortcuts in the shortcut file.
- Fixed a focus problem when using Alt+Right and Alt+Left. Focus was moved to the menubar.
Hotlist
- During drag-and-drop of bookmarks multiple folders could be highlighted in the bookmark view. Qt3 issue.
- Fixed a problem (Qt issue in 3.0.5) which made it impossible sort the upper bookmark and contact treelists in user defined mode.
- String fix "Open in new &window" -> "Open in &background" in hotlist.
- The indicator telling what sort mode that was used in the bookmark list of the hotlist would not work properly if a column was hidden.
Toolbars
- The context popup menu shall not be enabled when one rightclick at the arrow button in the toolbars.
- Disable 'move to new window' function in SDI mode where there is only one window in the browser.
- The search toolbars will now always be shown on the same edge of the open document windows.
- Fixed a problem that caused some buttons in the "My layout" mode on the main toolbar not to be shown on startup.
- Ensure that the window toolbar resizes properly when buttons are tiled and the toolbar is vertical. Qt3 issue.
- It is now possible to select the back/fwd button layout from the context popup menu on the main toolbar ("Short buttons" entry).
Dialogs
- Fixed a number or problems with the "Window list" dialog box that took place when Opera ran in SDI mode.
- Fixed a progress dialog (Window | Special | Progress log) problem. One could not save text if one had cleared the text area first. Seems to be a Qt 3.0.5 issue.
- Removed some non-functional help buttons in the find and find-bookmark dialogs.
Misc
- Let it be possible to copy the address of an image even when it is not shown on the page.
- "Mouse down" gesture will now open a new browser window when Opera is running in SDI mode.
- Added a help dialog box that will be shown the first time the center mouse button in clicked in the page area. The center mouse button action can be configured.
